SECからの修正命令には、直ちに指示に従い修正しないと証券取引法312条に反するとあり、SETの上場廃止基準を見るとこのケースは180日ルールのもと上場廃止手続きがとられるとあるので、このまま修正命令を無視して放っておくともっと早い期日に無期限SP→上場廃止となるのではないでしょうか。
