① The Japanese market has high volatility.
You can make money with extreme short-term investment and long term investment. Medium-term investment on a monthly basis will be difficult in Japan. Pair trade combines long and short at the same time. It is to avoid a major loss in falling.
② IMF's forecast incorporates the tax system reform of the Trump administration.
The downward revision of the IMF reflects the delay in the tax system reform of the Trump administration. The upsurge of real estate in the US should be small.
③ AI refers to a wide range. I also need study.
④ It is a field where price competition is intense. Look for companies that can make money under any circumstances. My answer is not a manufacturer but a small chemical company. -

⑤ The Japanese real estate market is special.
· It is difficult for the rent to rise as compared with other countries. The rent rise is slow.
· Real estate investment has low liquidity. However, because it is a high-quality long-term investment, it is a leading indicator of the economy. Will Nikkei 225 rise over the long term from now? Everyone is thinking but everyone can not answer. Japanese real estate rose sharply four years ago and the first wave is over. Is it going to enter the second wave from now?
I think that there is a time grace to enter the second wave. In that sense attention is paid to the future movement of J-REIT INDEX. The fact that J-REIT INDEX goes down is likely to cause Nikkei 225 to go down. Still further it may be the global economic slowdown. Likewise, real estate in China is also important.

Thank you for updating me. Seems like you made some terrific trades again. Congratulations!
(1) Paired trade is pretty scary and there are many different combinations. Feels like most Japanese small investors don’t want to keep their stocks for too long?
(2) Interest rate move: the IMF has lowered US’s economic growth forecast. The path of rate hike can not be too steep; why is real estate sector so nervous?
(3) After listening to Mark Zuckerberg, I am reminded that I should keep an eye on AI.
(4) AMOLED: LG just announced US$9 billion investment for a new plant for production starting in 2019. It's a positive for the related equipment makers.
(5) I think banks are eager to lend to Tokyu? Judging by the lower and lower interest rates. I studied the Tokyu reits to understand what you mean by NAV of REIT. Can the REITs ever rise to (or above) their fair market value?
