(6) How long can Japanese REIT’s be held? What signs should I watch for selling? I feel edgy due to high volatility.
(7) For fun (and lover of Boston, haha), Google “Bluebird Gene Therapy” and watch the related Youtube video. Bluebird is an innovative biotechology company in Boston.
(8) For auto/autonomous driving related stock, I though Sony might be interesting due to its CMOS sensor (phone+cars). I don’t know if price is too high. I try to find more "pure play" stocks, but there are few. Sometimes Japanese companies have strange diversification strategies or poor top management that scare me. Sometimes they can also get lucky due to diversification, like Sony's fate was saved by Sony Financial and movies/music.
